Short version: we do not sell your details to anyone, ever.
What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, the county the grave is in, the cemetery name if you give it, what you need, and whether you are contacting from outside Ireland. Nothing else.
What we do with it
We pass your enquiry to providers in the categories you ticked, and only in the county you gave us. Nowhere else. We keep a record of the enquiry so we can follow it up and so we know whether the site is working.
We do not sell, rent, share or publish your details. We do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@gravekeep.ie and we will action it. Reply “stop” to any message from us and you are removed.
Business listings
Listings are compiled from information businesses publish about themselves — their own website, a public directory entry, or details they gave us on the phone. We show the town and county, not a street address. If you are a listed business and want your details changed or removed, email us and we will do it the same day.
